1. Where can I get information about the product?
Detailed descriptions (including size guides and product details for the product) are found below the product image on each product page.
NOTE: Since our products are sold in many countries, you will need to pay attention to the conversion of measurements between the United States and other countries.
2. Why do some products have no information or pictures on the back?

First, you can view your order information by opening "Order Details" during checkout.
Secondly, if you have already placed your order and paid, you will typically receive an email from MoveCloths to check on your order.

About shipping
How soon will I receive the package?
Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 13-25 business days, excluding pre-sale items and out-of-stock items. Please click on "Shipping and Delivery" for more information.
Why is the shipping cost so high?
This is because international shipping costs are higher than domestic shipping. However, orders over $79 (orders over $79 after discounts) will receive free shipping, and we are working hard to reduce shipping costs.
Why hasn't my order shipped after a few days?
Typically your order will be shipped within 7 working days. If not, please check if your order contains pre-sale items. You can also refer to "My Account" --- "View Details" --- "Order Tracking", where you can view all details of your order.
About discounts
Can I use two coupons on one order?
Sorry, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons and other promotions and items are exclusive.
Where do I enter my coupon?
PC users can click CHECKOUT to find the coupon collection place on the right.
For mobile users, if you click on "CHECKOUT" you will find a "USE CODE" below. Once you've entered your coupon, click the "Use" button!
Where can I find your promotions?
Our promotions are placed on our homepage, so you can find them when you open our website. Plus, on our Go to Coupons page, available coupons will be automatically applied, giving you a lower price on your order.

If you don’t have a free shipping coupon, first you need to check if your order is over $79 (orders over $79 after discounts). Secondly, the final sold products cannot enjoy free shipping.
About returns and exchanges
Can unshipped or out-of-stock products be exchanged or returned?
Yes, for unshipped or out-of-stock products, you can contact our customer service first for exchange or return. Products that have been shipped cannot be exchanged or returned until you receive them.
How to return?
You can contact our customer service to submit your return request.
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. The contents of your package need to remain intact. Some items do not allow returns or exchanges, please click "Return Policy" for more information.
Should I pay for return shipping?
Yes, you need to pay. You'd better check our size information and confirm the order information before placing an order.
Can I return the package to the address on which it was received?
No, the address on the package is the logistics party's overseas transshipment warehouse. You will need to return the item to our warehouse, and after submitting your return request, you will receive authorization from us via email containing our return address.
